How do you anchor up here?

I think the main points here are to (a) secure a better anchor (but think twice about giving up the deep 23 point and committing to having two advanced anchors), (b) keep the blot count down, and (c) prevent Choco Oreo from building a solid prime in front of whichever anchor structure Vanilla Oreo chooses. Looking at 5 plays, I'd rank them:
5) 23/21 8/5* -- Five blots seems a bit much. Choco has possibilities of building a solid prime from the 5 point out, or blitzing, which Vanilla will need a second anchor to stop.
4) 23/20 18/16 -- Again five blots. Choco can build a prime from the 6 point out, or attack behind the anchor to deprive Vanilla of a second anchor.
3) 20/18 8/5* -- the bar point stops a solid prime, but now Choco might fill in the 5, 4 and 3 points. Vanilla might make the 21 (but then why not do that now?), but also might get stuck in a two-seven or one-seven game, not strong anchor pairs.
2) 23/20 21/20 -- seems solid, but Choco can build a prime from the 6 point out, and it's not clear to me that Vanilla should want to commit so strongly to the five-four game.
1) 24/21 20/18 - Choco can (and probably eventually will) make the 5 point, but the four-two game should be strong for however long Vanilla wants to keep the points (which shouldn't be long since Choco is awkward with few good points to move to). Vanilla won't be solidly primed and, it seems to me, should be able to keep the bar point just long enough, while Choco stack, and Vanilla builds with his 5 free checkers.
