opening ceremony

I have tried to use opening ceremony. However, it will not work on my computer,windows 7. I understand from the developers that net framework 2 is necessary for the 3rd roll positions and analyzer. In talking to my computer technicians, Network framework 2 is a part of net framework 4. I have the new version of net framework 4 which includes net framework 2. The program still does not work for the 3rd rolls and analyzer. The 1st and second rolls work. I have had several techs say the same thing about net framework 2 and 4. They even went inside my computer and told me that I do have net framework 2 with 4. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.
