I estimate that we win about 68% of the time and we get a gammon around 30%. We lose a gammon about 9% of the time. I have no idea what his takepoint is or gammon values but I'd guess the takepoint is lowish but not crazy lowish and the gammon values are comparable enough that if my numbers are at all accurate (and if you think they are I have a bridge in Alaska I'd like to sell to you), then it's a double.
