I would double this as Blue, for several reasons. I'll base myself on John O's analysis (never wrong to start with that), and just add some additional considerations:

- In terms of number of good vs bad sequences, we have have hit followed by a dance (and some entering numbers) and doubles; as bad sequences we have 8 6s followed by a hit. Good sequences outnumber bad sequences by quite a bit, and note that in the sequences where we leave a shot and get hit, we often can hit back from the bar and have good gammon chances again.

- The market loss on our hit seems steep. On our hits, our gammon fraction is maybe 55%-60% gammons, so having cubed these is huge.

- Like Bob also mentioned, to a certain degree cubing takes the cube away from the opponent.
