This should be dealt with like any other weakness. Collect data about what mistakes you make under pressure and seek remedies accordingly.

This is the sort of thing where an observant coach can be useful. Lacking that, you need to do your best to remember what you were thinking and feeling and write these things down as objectively as possible, as soon after the fact as possible.
