Making the 18 looks best to me. Gets g'd a little more than 24/21 22/16 but it might win more g's as well (those sequences where White hits loose on the 22 or 21 pt and you hit back). The extra g's lost probably exceeds the extras won, but not by a huge amount. Making the 18 looks to be the DMP play and I think these extra wins are enough to outweigh the extra net g's lost. As Stick says, "when in doubt, make the DMP play."
