Magriel's criteria point to a bold play, so I like 13/5*. If White anchors he gets a lot of stability and parity in the game. It's worth getting yet another chequer sent back in the attempts to prevent this.

Running is too weak, and making the 18 or 22 point is unnecessary at this stage.
