Pressure in Backgammon

Stick, did you feel any pressure whatsoever when you first started playing backgammon?

Not that I remember. To me there is no physical performance per se so I don't really understand how pressure comes in to play. You just make the right decision and what happens happens. In other sports you have to perform and there I understand pressure. I don't feel like one performs in backgammon.
