I don't know what the generally accepted value for the live cube takepoint is, but I'll just note that one may not want to apply the "typical" live cube takepoint to a holding game like this, because the taker doesn't usually get much value out of the cube. He's too far behind in the race to get racing recube vig, so must usually rely on hitting a shot to win. He will usually not be able to double before hitting, and will lose his market by a mile after hitting.

I'd judge this to be D/P. A 3pt holding game with this much of a race deficit (even though some of the race lead is illusory because of Blue's 1pt) and Blue's 4pt/5pt/6pt filled in is no bargain. Even if this turns out to be a take, I think that dropping will be at worst a small error.
