BGMasters is a cheat. I recently look at games over there and tried to contact support. All emails of support and departments are non existent, emails are returned back saying host could not be found. It is impossible to deposit via Moneybookers at least and I am sure the same could be said about withdrawing.
BGroom is a good option although the common opinion of being full with bots recently the site has picked traffic and is clear of bots. Promotion tournaments are run weekly and a monthly plus freerolls for them.
