After either 21/13(2) or 13/5(2) white likely has a cash next turn. The difference is the number of jokrs for blue, which give blue at least a take. After 21/13(2) they have 54, 44 and 22, after 13/5(2) they only have 22. So 13/5(2) looks like the really good play.
