While I'll admit that in certain positions perhaps the rollout will be longer because of the score, what you suggest to me is out of this world. The main scores I would see taking longer would be those where the game needed to be played out to its conclusion more often than its money counterpart. There is really nothing to the position and there's no way in my mind AtS stuff added 30 minutes to a 5k rollout. A simple test below.
Same seed in both positions both run while I didn't touch anything on the computer. The AtS rollout took a whopping 12 seconds longer.
