Which point to break?

Going from a similar postion i had come up in a match I believe you break the 3 point because it takes a cheker off and still leaves a 3 prime for white to jump if she comes in. Im postive breaking the six is wrong because the odd distribution it leaves. breaking the 4 and 5 makes your best rolls (big doubles) leave a shot and it does not take a checker off. im confident breaking the 3 is correct.
