Here is a small point that has not yet been mentioned. Suppose you diversify with [8/5 6/4], yet still do not toss the natural roll needed to make the 1pt. In that case, you will have to continue the bear off with the 1pt open. Your problem number will be 5. That is the number that does not play safely from your 6pt. You need to keep plenty of 5s in reserve, until the 6pt is cleared. Piling a stack on the 6pt with [8/6 3/off] makes this problem worse. Mike
