I recall the retesting that you and Christian mention.

My statement refers only to the samples from 2010, and is only a parroting of the report I saw on PBS. That report dealt with the current US Anti-doping Agency investigation, and did not mention any European tests.

It surpised me somewhat to learn that the current accepted practice is identify fluctuations in chemical markers, rather than (or in addition to) the presence of banned substances.
