BQ: To run or not to run, that is the question

Since nobody has taken a shot at this I'll be the first to admit that I would have run instantly. I see other plays but I don't like any of them as much as moving my ass off that 22pt anchor in an even race where my opponent has little chance of attacking in the near future.
