You are generally very quick responding, but weren't this time. Did I make a wrong assumption? Perhaps, but you still refusing to play with a proctor. A bunch of streaming web cams may appear to some as a good substitute for a proctor, but I still see ways for you to get outside help. That is not saying you would necessarily use outside help, that is saying there will be doubts afterwards. You may not care about it, but others may. You may not care what others think, but Bill's proposal is not about what you care about.

So here is a thought. In my understanding both you and Bill will be in Pittsburgh. Why not play a series of matches or money games there?
