I'd play bar/17*. It's true that this gives Black a chance to set up a second anchor or to hit the blot on our 7pt (or both); however, neither Black's backgame chances nor his chances of winning going forwards looks too promising. What Black could do is win the priming battle, keeping two Yellow checkers trapped and forcing Yellow to crack the outside prime. Jumping a checker out immediately seems to be the best way to foil that plan.
