That's interesting information about Hank.

It still seems to me that proctoring is weird. The best solution seems to be to play live. Even then, cheating isn't impossible for a very skilled operator, but the bar is raised much higher.

Maybe Bill Phipps should fly out to Ohio to play Stick in person, and go on Kickstarter to raise money for his travel expenses. He could offer something in return (annotated matches, maybe?) to people who pitch in at least $X.
