Proposal for Stick

Which would lead to my question. If having a proctor present can change the outcome that much, then can ANYONE be realistically asked to have a proctor present and get a reasonable result from them? Maybe such a deamnd can't be forced on anyone (including Hank).

If I were being accused of cheating and I decided to opt out of proctoring, and then was asked to play a LIVE match I could use a similar tactic. I could claim that if I played live with people specifically watching my every move to specifically see if I cheat - it would also alter the way I play, because I'd become self conscious about it.

Some may see these things as excuses, and draw their own conclusions from it and others may not.

If I was in Stick's shoes I'd simply accept the proctoring as a reasonable condition. But I'm not Stick, and the choice isn't mine to make.
