All this discussing of proctoring... made me think about the IBC.

IBC was co-organized by USBgF/Stick and Stick was the TD for the US qualifier as far as I recall. In the IBC proctoring was mandatory, and in Perry G's words, it was to ensure the highest safeguards possible - everyone seemed to applaud that.

Now all of a sudden, proctoring seems to be the worst idea since the Trailblazers drafted Sam Bowie!

On the other hand, Stick didn't play in the IBC, nor the qualifier to my memory...
