One simple trick would be the following. Let's say you have precomputed the first roll and the second roll and have stored them as an opening book. On your first move, pretend to ponder your first move, but actually start computing all relevant third-roll positions (for all "reasonable" second-roll moves) and, if you finish with that, start working on the fifth-roll positions. Make your move just before the delay runs out, but keep working on your opponent's time.

This won't give you the full 128,000x speedup because you'll be spending a lot of time rolling out positions that become irrelevant once you see the dice, but it will keep your processors busy doing potentially useful stuff without having to do a major overhaul of the way the algorithm works.
