OTB and RO

OTB I felt that this position was a bare pass for money and AtS I couldn't decide whether it was techinically a take or drop. Therefore, since I was rather sure that I was about 150 Elo or more stronger than my opp I passed this position in which he basically has nothing but forced moves. The only plausable error he could make would be to err after I hit and recube.
Looking at the RO, perhaps I should've taken, but still I don't mind passing vs this opp.
