I think the arguments for 21/15 are fine. You also eliminate 65 as a hit and cover, not sure that was mentioned already.

After the 11, I'd cube. 5s or 6s next will blot, with the exception of 55 and 66. Looks like we may be losing our market if we don't double now, and there will be many future blots and shots while our board is improving.
