Black isn't about to get pounded on the 23 pt. He can hit in his inner board too. I don't see many gammon losses as well. OtB AtS, I would take.

As for the double: Black seems in pretty bad shape positionally, but where are the real market losers for White? 66(sad),33,44 that hit and cover on the 2 point. Ok 66 is disastrous, but still not enough for me to double yet.
