Garyo, have you considered that some people think one of bg's real problems is cheating, which has more or less killed online backgammon?

Not in a single one of my posts, have I accused Stick of cheating. I've been pointing out facts, facts that are both pro and con if put them in the light of the accusations put forward.

From my perspective, it is the "one step back" to this problem, ie. a discussion of how to test for cheating in a given case, and how people accused should be treated until some kind of "evidence" has been put forward, that are very interesting.

I think that's one real problem. And I think this is maybe the first time a lot of people react with enough respect for the accused and enough scepticism over how many conclusions you can draw from analyzing a set of PRs alone. It took one very known and respected player to get here. Other players hasn't been shown the same consideration.

Also the discussions on PR (I've always felt too much weight has been put on this number, and some factors will affect it more than people think, eg. playing a good conservatively adjusted game, will make your number go way more up than the small "errors" you make).
