65R-64P-32D-52 — Nactation Key Family Nactation Traditional Notation Note Down D 13/11, 13/8 Plays in the D (Down) family move in the ratios Far:Down:Jump:Inside = 0:2:0:0. Hit H 13/11, 6/1* After a loose hit, when the other checker is played down (i.e, to or within the outer board), the move can be nactated in the H (Hit) family. Split S 24/22, 13/8 By the Convenience Clause, when the S (Split) family is empty, it can be used to nactate plays that technically belong in the Z (Reverse split) family. Hit and split X 24/22, 6/1* After a loose hit, when the other checker is moved on the far side of the board, the play can be nactated in the X (Hit and split) family. Reverse split Z 24/22, 13/8 In the Z (Reverse split) family, the smaller die is played on the far side of the board, and the larger die is played from the far outer board (generally, the midpoint) into the outer board. In the case of 65R-64P-32D-52, S is often preferred for this play.
Thanks for the fine analysis, Svilo. Mike
