More Swiss was seamless.1-2 matches over 12 rounds ended late . Players in general told me they enjoyed the swiss movement and having time between matches. For all the talking about clocks and MECHANICS, the clockmongers for the most part decided to play WITHOUT them. Tournament was entirely finished by 4:00-4:30 pm Monday. We posted all rounds of the SWISS on time. I am fired up as there is still so much negativity about the weekend from some players on here, who didnt bother to use a clock regularly...MANY players have emailed or came up to me and said how thoroughly pleased they were with their experience over the weekend..Other consensus is I need to find a new venue..the 4 Points Sheraton sucks...I agree. I also agree that Doubles is the one event crying for clocks.
