I contacted Bill Phipps and he does not have his match against Tobias, but would like to have it.Perhaps someone could provide the files here.For people like me unable to attend tournaments, it would be nice to make them available.I would even pay as I know that it is a lot of hard work. If I knew how to transcribe from ustreams, I would be willing to do them myself.
