These positions are easy to estimate the epc. For the player on roll, Blue, we have a near flat position so wastage is hovering around 10 pips, slightly under here I'd guess. So 24 (regular pip count) + 9.5 (wastage) = an epc of 33.5 for Blue.

The other player has 6 checkers left and a nice position meaning the wastage will be between 6 to 6.5 pips. This gives us an epc of 31+~6 = 37.

With an epc of 33.5 for the on roll player that gives us just under a 5 roll position so the point of last take would be 2 pips worse than that, or just shy of it, or an epc of ~35.5. We already noted the player taking/passing has an epc of ~37 so it's an easy pass. This was all for money so with the score figured it it will be an even bigger pass.
