So what's the clock policy in your country in the Open division in national events like the US ABT?

Norwegian championship coming up in a couple of weeks. Clocked, of course, with 2/12 setting. Just checked the announcement of the tournament, and it doesn't state anything about clocks in the main tournament. It goes without saying.
