So what's the clock policy in your country in the Open division in national events like the US ABT?

In Canada we prefer 60(0-59) seconds to a minute, 60(0-59) minutes to an hour, 24(0-23) hours in a day. We generally prefer our date and time to follow ISO 8601. We do have to support DST and No DST regions, as well as one timezone with an offset of 30 minutes.
