US ABT directors please take notice

In Response To: So what's the clock policy in your country in the Open division in national events like the US ABT? (neilkaz)

Almost the entire rest of the BG world now is either clocks preferred or clocks mandatory in the top divsions. The time is now to do the same in the US.

The majority of you directors here in the US understand this but four of you planning events for next year still won't allow players in Open to insist upon using a clock. It is time to wake up and follow the rest of the world and make our game more professional rather than catering to the small majority of Open players who hate clocks and to the very few who will even refuse to attend.

I know some of you directors hate seeing this pain in the ass neilkaz telling them how to run their events, but for the good of American BG, please listen to me and the overwhelming majority here at BGO and lets make 2013 the first year when the Open division in all ABT events is clocks preferred at a minimum.
