This is an example if what I discussed in a previous thread recently. This is a non-standard MAT file generated by XG that contains a position generated from a transcription. This occurs when you transcribe in XG and must skip from one position to another because of a break in the video, or loss of source data. XG doesn't force you to guess about intermediate plays and allows you to skip from one position to another. The entry you see is XG's mechanism of setting the new position. At present GNUBG doesn't handle these.
