Phil,

I mentioned in my reply to Chuck that a good first step might be for someone to write an article about what criteria should be used to decide which division a player should play in. Then we'd have something more concrete to base a discussion on. Without specifics, it's hard for me to know whether I agree with you are not.

For example, if you just wanted a simple rule like "Nobody on the current Giants 64 list should enter in the Intermediate Division", I'd have no problem going along with a rule like that.
