Snake eyes. What's best here?

Everything looks destructive to me except moving the outfield blots. The first question is whether to clean up both blots with 10/7 8/7. Though we also have a blot on our 24pt to worry about, I don't think that leaving a blot in our outfield is so dangerous, and I'd rather have two builders aimed at our open home-board points. Leaving our 8pt vacant take some sting out of White's joker 44 so I'd try 10/9 8/5.
