I butchered something somewhat similar in a match not long ago and made a reference almost identical to this pos. Only change is one pip moving White's 3pt spare to make the 2pt. For money, that was a nodouble by 0.02-0.03. White could beaver with Blue's 6pt spare moved to the 11pt and moving it to the ace gave a double by 0.01-0.02 if I remember correctly. Not sure if the blot in board and one-pip smaller deficit changes it to a double, would guess it doesn't.
