Blue hits 20/36 times. I'd estimate that about 95% of those hits are wins.

When blue doesn't hit, he loses about 95% of the time, so let's just ignore the 5% in each case since they basically cancel each other out.

Blue is then 55.55% to win, with 55.55% of his rolls being market losers. If he misses, he gets cubed out so this is basically equivalent to a last roll position. Since Blue is > 50%, it's a cube and since White has 44% or so to win it's a take.
