Daniel posted the position below a couple of weeks ago. I finally got around to taking the quiz in this magazine and got 5 out of 8. I agree with Daniel's implicit suggestion that this one was the most interesting of the 8 positions. Congratulations to higonefive, who got this one right. My play didn't even show up as one of the candidates in the quiz, even though XGR+ thinks it's less of a blunder than bar/23 6/5.
By the way, I don't understand why anyone would make a quiz and list candidates. Why not just let people state their play? For example, in position 2 of the quiz, I'm still perplexed as to why bar/20 7/5 isn't listed as a candidate.
