The bot was playing blue and I was surprised by its play, since I was expecting it to shift points from the 10pt to the 9pt, in order to make it easier to clear that point. Indeed, the bot later had difficulty clearing the 10pt.
ah_clem's point about killing 6's is one that I did not think about when looking at the position. I'm still not sure if it's the key reason to hold the 10pt. Killing 6's slow Blue's bearin, but does Blue really want to slow down his bearin?
