Both players have anchors. I parse this position as a priming game, or possibly a mutual holding game (though that term usually applies when both players have advanced anchors). In such positions, the player with the more advanced anchor typically has the advantage. So I'd play 22/20(2) here to start with. That makes it tough for White to counterprime us. Making the 4pt would be more urgent if there were chances of attacking, but there are no blots around.

Your subject line strongly hints that the bots don't like continuing further with 20/18(2). Though I wouldn't have played 20/18(2) myself, I don't think it's quite obvious that it's wrong. But 13/11(2) is a nice use of the remaining two 2's, unstacking and creating more ways to make our bar point. (If one of the spares on our midpoint were on our 5pt instead, then I think I would play 22/18(2) rather than 22/20(2) 13/9. Not completely sure though.)
