BQ: Make the 4 or the 20 point?

Blue can do several useful things: Move the anchor up to the golden point, unstack the heavy midpoint, or make the four point. But he can't do all three simultaneously. What's most important?

Since blue has an advanced anchor and white has already buried two of her checkers behind it blue doesn't need to be too worried about being primed, so the value of the 20 is diminished somewhat. The 8 point isn't doing much, other than waiting around to make either the 4 or the 7 point. I'd make the 4 point because I'm aggressive and like playing offense instead of defense. If White is still stuck on the ace point in a couple of rolls the game should belong to blue.

So, 8/4 6/4 and then 13/11 for the fourth deuce to unstack and act as a third builder for the 7.
