I'm still botching holding-game cubes

You are redoubling and not just cubing from the center which will make a distinct difference. The first thing I thought when I looked at the position was 'snore of a take'. If those are my thoughts, I need to focus in and make sure it's really a double.
Our racing lead is decent, not overwhelming. Our flexibility is somewhat limited by all the stripped points and our blotted ace point. The ace point blot makes it hard to attack cleanly. The only outfield checker we have to play may or may not play decently on our turn.
What I'm trying to find is market loss and I'm not seeing a lot of it. The only numbers I'm feeling really good about are the big racing numbers. Otherwise it seems he'll have a take next turn so I'd hold off. If we are estimating here I'd expect the win breakdown to be on the low end of the holding game scale, so 70-71%. The net gammons still seem like nothing spectacular to me, I'd stick with 2%. It being a redouble and volatility not high I think these figures point to waiting a turn.
