Method of scoring a BG quiz

Assuming you have a list of possible plays and their equity. Then for no answer, I'd assign the equity of the play ranked directly below the worst scoring answer. If there is no such play, then the score of the worst scoring answer.

Then I'd take it from there - but believe that Daniel's formulation is sinpler than yours.
