You should come in with the 1st three... Several things jump out of this position. You would really like to make your bar but you are on the verge of TMP. Whenever you have the 20 and 18 point, you should be looking to give one of them up. The 18 and 21 is not much better. You are lacking outfield control. Playing bar/22*, 18/15(2)takes care of all of the above problems. The question is do you keep the bar slotted and go to the 12 or pick it up? I would go to the 12 and try and make the bar. The 21 connects to the 15, the 15 shouts for the end of your prime and you have two checkers to play with.
