Yes, on the Mickelson/Rose match, both were true sportsmen. Rose had also had to make a long par putt to simply extend the match on 16. Similarly, Sergio was gracious, humble, and, seemingly, almost embarrassed by Furyk's two short missed putts on 17 and 18. On the miss at 18 Furyk was just crushed and Sergio politely and quietly hung back for a good while before approaching him -- classy.

The three instances of poor sportsmanship I observed were Dufner and Poulter making their opponents putt out ridiculously short gimme putts and, worst of all, the ending of the Woods/Molinari match. Everyone knows I detest Woods but he was very classy at the end and Molinari (with or without direction from Olazabal) was not. Woods was 1-up on 18 and they both had similar length par putts. The Cup had been decided so the result of their match was meaningless in the grand scheme of things. Typically, both would have been conceded. Molinari (and the Euros?) made Woods putt -- seemingly to his surprise. Woods missed it and then showed class himself by conceding the same length putt to Molinari for the halve -- doubtlessly, the high point of the Italian's golfing career.
