I'd just keep running 24/20*/15. It gives the best chance of covering the 4 if white dances. 24/20* 23/18 leaves what appears to generate many awkward forced hits fro white, but only 11 actually forces a hit and it's not that awkward.

Maybe some forced hits will appear eventually after leaving the two blots, but I'm not seeing it.
