You could start one Leo. Generally speaking since Wikipedia prefers to have neutral entries free from a lot of personal bias, it is generally frowned upon to write about yourself or put up your autobiography (since Wikipedia will also expect external references to support it, and again it is frowned upon to use external sources you may have written).

The better question would be why no one has started a Wiki entry for Neil since I think there would be enough material and accomplishments that he'd fall under the notability requirements .

Neil has also been interviewed quite a few times (last I recall seeing was when he spoke about RIM) that I have seen, especially by Angela Miles segment "In the Money". So he isn't just known for his Backgammon, but his job as well.
