We have a saying in the US ... "A tie is like kissing your sister..." Who goes home with the trophy? If you don't go home with the trophy, you lost. If you lost, I'm sorry, the other guy (team) won. Spin it any way you like creating another column that states "Damn, you were close!" but you lost. If you get a trivia question that asks you who won in the first Rocky movie I strongly suggest you don't try using 'split decision' or 'tie' for your answer.
