Below, I've added a third position to Igor's pair. The first position is the original where best play is 13/9* 11/9. In the second, Igor moved White's blot on White's 23 point to White's midpoint. Best play changed to 8/4* 6/4. In the third, I moved White's blot on the White's 23 point to White's 6 point. Now the two plays are very close:
